ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Maria Melnik - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Telemarketer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with a team of professionals to establish and meet marketing goals:

Develop leads, identify needs and schedule appointments for Insurance Account Representatives.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Ability to effectively relate to a customer.

BENEFITS:

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
